Please do not assume that any existing hoodies you may have will be the same size as all brands are different.
Here are some general points:
Chest
Ensure that your child's arms are down by their side. Measure the chest at the fullest part placing the tape measure close up under their arms and keeping it level. Please ensure that the tape is not pulled too tight, you should be able to easily place a finger underneath.
Wash at 30 degrees
Our garments, prints and embroidery are hard-wearing and suitable for regular family washes. However, to keep them looking their absolute best we recommend washing at 30 degrees - it's also better for the environment!
Wash inside-out
To keep prints looking bold and vibrant, embroidery sharp and tight, and to ensure hoodie drawcords stay in place during the cycle, we recommend washing your garment inside out.
Iron inside-out
To make sure prints and personalisations stay looking thier best, we reccommend ironing your garment inside out. It's also better for your iron to ensure no print residue touches the hot plate.
Tumble-dry on a low heat
Our garments, prints and embroidery are suitable for tumble drying. However, to keep them looking their best, THEY MUST be tumble dried on a low heat.
1) We will always refund/replace any product if it has been delivered incorrectly (ie) size, colour or print. We will send you a postage label so you can return it to us via Royal Mail
2) We will also replace any product that has been ordered incorrectly (ie) size or colour) by you as long as it has not been printed with individual name or initials. In this instance we will require the product to be returned via Royal Mail to our offices....
Garment Care
